My Favorite Folder

Many pro-wrestling matches are finished by a folding pin like the one in the first video segment with Jodie Lee and Julie Fielding (very outdated combat, by the way). It can happen with less frequency in semi-competitive or competitive combats: in the second segment, with Tekla vs Viktoria (Female Wrestling Zone), there is a good attempt but it does not finish with a fall. And finally, in domination matches like in the third segment, it is a sure way to tease and exploit the victim.

The third segment (source unknown to me) took my attention because it appears to take place at a video store.  I remember that the Famous Sports Videos at 32nd st (NYC) used to invite wrestlers to show up and talk to customers (decades ago...): would it be possible that they had shot a fight in the premises?

  1. I like this particular position. You are right - alas, you don't see this often in a competitive match. There must be a big difference in skills of the opponents for this to happe - which is the case in Viktoria vs Tekla match.

  2. The video shop is Manchester based, think the bigger wrestler is called Adele and the smaller one Tiffany

    2. Thanks for responding, about 5 minutes in Dallas puts Red in a tight matchbook pin. Red is folded in half and Dallas has her good; Red can't get out. It's a real matchbook pin. There are 2 different matches from ACA-18 I think.
