This combination of sleeper and body scissors is usually a sure submission. However, in a staged fight is just a token for full domination. In other occasions, the hold is not well applied and the wrestler can escape. But, a skilled wrestler in a fully competitive match will not miss the opportunity.

Just watched a video series of Dragon Sleeper holds on video by various producers.The women applying the hold pulls the victim backwards while they are kneeling then traps them between their thighs and tucks their head under her armpit.Every victim screamed ,panicked and tried to submit immediately although many were held until drowsey.It was used in profesional wrestling and catfighting.This submission is fantastic and much more effective than the ceiling hold.Great to watch.
