Low budget B-film that tried to exploit the success of Police Academy franchise, "Vice Academy" (1988) has two sequences of catfights between academy students. Surprisingly, it had two sequels!
What this spoof (I heard in Australia this word has another meaning...) movie is doing here? Sheer curiosity and the fact that the tiny blonde with the green shirt is nothing else than Ginger Lynn, the adult film star who had more than one hundred performances when she starred "Vice Academy".
