A Blog reader commented other day that there is a matchbook hold variation where the victim has her legs wrapped around the neck almost as a show of contortionism. To explain the idea, look at the pictures (bad ones, though) below.
I could not find any video with exactly this hold: the closest are those three from Wrestling Lounge.
