Previously mentioned here, the first time an women fight took the main stage in a MMA major event ended with the victory (more here) of Cristina "Cyborg" Santos against Gina Carano, a never before defeated fighter. Fight segments can be seen below (no sound), apparently from a Brazilian TV.
