Ceiling Holds are the Greatest Womens Wrestling Submission Hold invented. I remember when I first became interested in womens fighting as a youngster in the 1960s/1970s that the main grueling submission used by women was the Boston.The Ceiling Hold was mainly used by the profesionals but after then gradually became more widely used in catfights and private matches.Its a fantastic hold to watch when applied by a women to another women and nearly always obtains a screaming or pleading submission. I have also seen it used in mixed matches were it also produces the same cry and pleading for submission from the male.
