Ceiling holds are fantastic for submissions as victim very rarely escapes.One British women wrestler said she tried to use it as early as possible especially against younger fitter women as it both weakened them and put them on the defensive.
Do you have any idea how long it took to obtain the submission in normal speed ? is it possible to find a full speed version ? I would love to add this bout to my collection
In normal speed, the scene takes 01m:40s. You may download the above video using free software (like YTD Video Downloader) and play it at 1.5 times the speed. I don´t know of a full speed version (or a better quality video)
