Suppose that a group of female wrestlers had been taught in how to perform an arm bar by the gorgeous girls in the first video segment: who has best gotten the lesson? Ziggy (against Jill Monroe in Flamingo WW63), the Russian fighter in red or the short BJJ wrestler?
I guess they have had other teachers...

Well, I don't know which one was best applied but anything with Ziggy is my favourite so my vote goes to Ziggy :)
