Changes...

Besides the new picture of Becky vs Trisha, there are other changes in the Blog for the reasons that follow.

First, in the last years I had (and many of you as well) the opportunity of watching hundreds of women fights missed by me in the Pre-Internet era and now out of catalog. It has been a gratifying period and that was possible by the information gathered and shared by a dozen of hardcore fans who collected those exciting (and at old times quite expensive...) material.

My guess is that most people in this category was comprised by gentlemen over 50: I don´t think the new generations have the same interest in the female fighting fetish for reasons that are too complicated to discuss in a short post. Therefore, I have the point of view that veterans have mostly satisfied their desires and can be somewhat saturated with the megatons of available images: there are dozens of sharing sites and a small dose of patience provides good rewards (that is killing producers but it is another huge subject...).

The non-veterans care much more for porn and extreme violence - which are of no interest to me - and do not participate in the Blog discussions. There are other venues - foruns, blogs - which should cater for their needs.

In resume, I (We) have now watched everything of interest and the new releases - which are fewer as the time goes by - do not have the same appeal.

Second, there are more difficulties to keep the Blog updated as I would like to do. For example, the list of links cannot be refreshed anymore because of a software bug and Blogger does not have technical support. In another example, Theaters from YouTube and DailyMotion playlists require more maintenance because of automatic "clean-up" procedure those sites have put in place.

Last, but not the least, the donation campaign attracted quite a few supporters... which is probably a practical consequence of the first paragraphs...

Basically, there is no point in changing Blog content so frequently. So, starting this Monday, I will post just once in a week and will have one active Theater, that will rotate randomly. Links of providers are already frozen and that will continue until a kind Google soul cares to fix the update script. Comments and direct mail will be handled according my time availability.

A final and important remark: I want to say thanks to the ones who have contributed to the Blog, specially in videos and money; if one of those guys want something to be published, please, let me know, and I will do my best to find it.

  2. Everything you have done has been greatly appreciated by everyone but I think even more so by us veterans ... us guys who in the beginning ordered from the back of wrestling magazines with money orders and planned how we'd get to the mail before our Mom did when the order finally showed up, who looked through the TV Guide every week to see when One Million Years B.C was showing again and who bought a VCR because Judell DuLong started offering her stuff as videos ( she was one of the first, I think ). I'll never forget popping that first tape in and seeing Cindy Brooks and Treena Antonelli in opposite corners of the Amazon's ring ready to wrestle ... my heart was nearly busting through my chest, LOL.

Yeah, we are a spoiled bunch now with the internet, downloads and forums where we can discuss and share our demented fetish with others who are just as nuts.

Thanks for the best forum and posting all the great stuff you did :>)

    1. That could be my biography: just change the wrestling tape to Festelle and the movie to "The Amazons" by Terence Young (lol).
Thanks for the kind words and candid statement.

  3. I guess it was inevitable that you need to make this change. Over the last few years you have been the greatest monitor of the female fight scene, and as someone who runs a website myself, I have been amazed at the time and effort you have expended to bring us an incredible range of female combat activities. But I am forced to agree with your comments above on the changing nature of fight fans, and hence the need to cut back on website updates.

Thank you so much for all you have done to date and be assured that we will be grateful for any updates that you can find time to provide.

  5. I would like to add my thanks to the others listed here. Although I do not welcome the change it does not surprise me. I really appreciate the enormous amount of work you have put into this site over the years and how much it must have cut into your spare time to do other things. I am encouraged that the updates will continue on a weekly basis and will look forward to them.

If you are looking for material you might like to check out the climatic fight scene from Attack of the 50 ft cheerleader. It's available on Dailymotion. .

  6. I also want to thank you for all of your efforts. I am not sure how much of an "old timer" I am, but I have been following this site for many years. There are fewer sites like yours that are enjoyable by people who have varied tastes in this genre vs. one specific part of the genre. It takes a lot of time to update it and that also is not common in this day and age. So I am glad you are just slowing down vs. shutting down, but hopefully the former is not a prelude to the later.

  7. Firstly, I would like to thank you and anyone who may have assisted along the way. I for one have highly enjoyed the ride thus far.

Yet, I would urge you to reconsider, as it has really gotten must-visit on daily basis, and in the last few weeks I find it really sad not being to enjoy more great materials.

On a general note, I would comment that I belive that the amount of femfighting has not declined, but rather expanded and brought all sorts of new comers as the internet access grew over the years.

    Thank

    BR

    1. Thanks for your remarks that will serve as an incentive to get back to more frequent updates. However, let me remind Blog readers that one reason to slow down was the poor return of the contribution campaign (btw, in exchange for a product).

  9. I too, would like to thank you for this blog, but also I was impressed with your comments on this appeal for watching two women grappling. Like you, I'm a few years along and never realized our generation was more into this than the younger types. Again thank you.
